Dude, there's like a million other people that also need it done. Just because your problem hasn't been solved yet doesn't mean support hasn't done anything. Just wait a bit more or try again to see if they can do anything now since you were promised escalation.EU (UK)
So after 4 tickets (over the last 3 days) , 1live chat promising "escalation" and one phone call (on premium 0870 phone number) promising "escalation"........
My account is now inactive.

Not a rage quit, rather a rational reaction to a frustrating and seemingly impossible situation. I cannot spend more time on this, it really is just a video game after all

I just discovered this thread, and at least I'm not alone in having my account deactivated because of this crap. Not that it makes me feel much better.

I've been trying not to get upset by this, but after submitting a ticket two days ago and now seeing so many others queue-jump with a phone call, I'm starting to get a little annoyed. I've never seen an MMO provider allow multiple services on one account (and with no merge option either) and I certainly have never seen a button for entering a game code that was labeled "Add Platform". However, it seems SE take no blame for any of this as can be seen by their useless response. I am a Free Company leader who can no longer play (now says inactive service) and as I work during the day I cannot sit on the phone for hours to fix this like others have done.![]()
I could have sworn when I clicked the link provided in their email with the game activation code, it took me straight to a page to enter said code, and never did I see any buttons to click to select service account.
Not sure If Im the longest waiter on here, 3 phone calles. all 3hours + on hold, to find out everything is ok with my account, it just needs to be "processed" by a department different than the one i talk to with phone support.
10 days its been verified as ok. still not fixed.
oh and I nave 9 (yes NINE) ticket numbers open with them... the 4-email support tickets say someone will get back to me withing 2 business days,
going on 3 months , still waiting for e-mail support to get back to me.
The time on my pre-order account has expired and the problem is still not fixed!
So now I cant play unless i start over on the other account...
I thought they were going to fix it before the end of last night?
Has anyone tried to cancel the wrongly registered service account (2), and try to use the registration code again to add ps3/windows platform on the right (inactive) one (1).
