    Just an update. I talked to SE chat support about 2 hours ago, and they escalated it and told me it could take up to 2 weeks. Just checked my account and saw that they already fixed it and my account #1 now has the collectors +31 days attached. 2 weeks estimate was done in 2 hours. Don't give up on chat/phone support guys.

    Ok, so let me have this clear, EU players have no chance of getting this fixed unless you expend a lot of money in a phone call (It would be around 100€ for me) to get your account fixed just because their "NEW" account service is SHIT??

    This astounds me. I have contacted them twice now. Checked to make sure my ticket was indeed escalated and I still have not heard from them. Nothing has been fixed in days.

    Yes, they don't seem to have a toll free number that's available for this. I just checked my Verizon account and my unsuccessful attempt was $22.

    - Select Account/Billing as Category
    - Select Additional Services
    - Contact Details just put 'Service'
    .. Just Hit Next until you reach the page that have Chat Support. Proceed to Chat Support then just fill up the form and wait for average of 2 Hrs.

    For EU Support Form for sending Ticket, use this link https://support.eu.square-enix.com/c...82&la=1&daxx=2
