Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Honestly, I'm surprised for how many people have the same problem.

But, I'm confused.

I have 2 service account.
The first service account is registered for playing on Beta Phase 4 Windows version.
The second, well, the wrong service account, already registered.

Is it save to register the code using the first account that is used for Beta test ?

I fell for this trap too, HOORAY.

Now I have to wait up to 2 weeks since I just wanted to get the collector's edition and preorder cheaper from GMG. If I had known I wouldnt have had to purchase the game again I would've just upgraded to the collector's edition on the Mog Center page. I'm not sure if they just didn't tell us or if I missed a memo somewhere but I'm gonna hope that's not 40 bucks wasted :\

PS:Although it shows "Remaining Days ： 33 days (Free Trial Period)",but no character info on right banner.

For current service account select Service account 2, and for intended service account, select service account 1.

Has anyone had this fixed yet?
I'm worried that they are going to received thousands upon thousands of tickets and take weeks to manually correct each account - in the meantime our Early Access will run out..

They completely changed the layout of the mog station... why couldn't they have done this from the start...

Nope still nothing, with 3 days left on my Early Access, I am not sure if I should continue playing my Early Access char only to have it expire before this problem is solve.

It's completely different for me. It shows Add Windows Service and Add PS3 Service... Add Account is all the way on the top right now.
