NA here, my ticket just got escalated via Online Chat. I sent my original form on Monday and got a confirmation that I would be contacted Tuesday within 2 business days. Since those days passed, I went back to online chat to try to get something. From the last few pages seemed most people who got escalated got it fixed within a few more hours. Hopefully once i'm back after work tomorrow it will be fixed. I don't want to be missed on a long week-end.
