I'm also in this boat. Surely they will do the right thing and not penalize customers because of their atrocious web design.
My friend who has a 1.0 Account and has it set up right has shown me how his account management looks. And it is safe to say we don't even have the right option on the Beta Account. That Beta Account with our characters should have been upgraded to a Standard account with the Early Access Code added to it.
Then we use the option "Bonus Code" to put in the full game code.

It's completely screwed up. Mines a Legacy account and doesn't even show my correct characters, it only shows ones I've created on the JP servers.
Edit: Actually I think I found my problem. It says I have a Europe and Other Regions account.. but my Legacy characters are all on NA servers.
Does that mean I can longer play them once the game goes live? There is no option to choose them if I want to subscribe.

The whole thing is a mess, never seen such an atrocity in 15 years of online gaming...
What's up with giving this many codes anyway, only one was needed. No instead we have to put in codes left and right, make accounts there and there there, holy...
The website layout couldn't be more obscure, oh and by the way not once in the registration of the key did it let us know it was gonna create a new account within the account (lol) instead...
To loose 30 days of game time is nothing short of a scam at this point, talk about adding insult to injury.
I can deal with all the beta/launch issues, that's ok.
But taking off 30 days of game time wich, in essence is money spent for nothing, that is not ok at all.
I hope they do the right thing and sort this without screwing around with people's game time or i can imagine bad things will follow, not everyone will just accept to be robbed of game time because of a poor website.
And for the love of god improve the registration process so no more will fall victim to this.
Don't expect a quick response to the page someone posted earlier about their one-time courtesy of moving your early access code to the proper service account. In fact, here is the response I got.

Yep. I did the same thing. Because it was Sooooo obvious this wasn't what I was supposed to do.
Chiming in to say that I fell for this too.
so did we ever get an answer for this? My account on my mog station also says You have no available characters. do we just wait?
