Worth noting if you're not using an EU account, they can't do anything.
I've been rather patient with this whole issue, but now I'm starting to get a little annoyed, since I only have 1 day remaining...
SE does infact close your ticket once it's escalated via live support, right?
I appreciate the confirmation, just feeling like I'm going to get left behind after submitting one two days ago and hearing people have their tickets resolved that same day even!

Yeah, I kinda thought the same a while ago. Well, since it's my last trial day, in case this fails I'm gonna try once again.
I can't log into lodestone or access my game cuz of some unknown error after installing the game disc client over the beta phase 4 client
After readings so many posts I cant help but to call UK call centre directly.
Tried about 4 times and waited for 5-10mins and no luck... keep listening to music and had to put down the phone due to work.
Finally 5th time i got lucky and got through in less than a min.
Talked to the agent who gave the exact same answers just like what previous posts indicate.
YOU NEED TO CALL THEM in order to process your ticket.
Simply he says that's just because way too much of requests and only way they can handle is by call right now, even I submitted my ticket on 26th.
The main thing is they need your ID and your 20 digits CE codes so they can escalate or i think is resetting the CE code so it can be used again.
In just few hours received this email and my account is fixed !
