If we don't get an official response by today/tomorrow I am going straight to all the gaming websites and contacting every editor I could to bring this to light. Oh and I'll be telling everybody I know not to get this game. And will be discouraging any prospective players to buy this game either.
Here is someone who actually had his accounts merged successfully earlier in this thread (POST#676):Has there been a success story with this issue yet? Obviously we are not the majority, but with a 105 page thread there still must be a sizable portion of the player base this is affecting. I'd like to think we are all valued paying customers and don't think that we should miss out time on a service that we have paid for.
How hard can it be to merge the accounts?

Got through on the 310-846-0345 number (option 1) after a 2 1/2 hour wait. My ticket was escalated but they no longer seem to be communicating a maximum of two weeks for resolution.
He would only say they are actively working on the issue, but they have no current timeframe to communicate.

It's like if they can tell us that it's gonna take two weeks, then I would be lvling a toon on the wrongly activated service account. Can easily exceed what Ive done so far.
But if they're gonna fix it over the weekend... Then there is no point in doing that either.
All I want is some clarity so I can make a decision. Stay with this toon or move to the wrongly activated service account >.<
I have the same problem. I submitted the form and got a ticket created as soon as I realized I messed it up. Today I received the confirmation e-mail that they received my ticket.
Is there any way to check your ticket and status online?
Also, I would like to jump into live chat to follow up, but I can't find it. The links I'm finding in the thread don't seem to work. Can someone help me out?
