Search for something along the line of wrong service account, click on a result and then additional assistance at the bottom. Keep going through it and you'll fill some info out and be prompted to contact chat support.
Yea I think they have. They should have named it Add Account, would have probably been less confusing for people not familiar with their account system.

And you're surprised people didn't know the difference between Platform and Service? When I saw Platform, I thought it was a link to add a PS3 account to my Windows one.
I did the email three times over the last few days, my mails are still in progress :/ The live chat I would try, but I can't seem to find it on the site. Link?
That's how it got screwed up. When you have two buttons, one saying add platform and one saying add service, the logical choice is to add service because add platform to me would be if I wanted to add a PS3 key. This isn't rocket science, it shouldn't be that hard to add your sub key to an existing account but somehow SE made it so. How the hell am I supposed to know what 'SE speak' is?
