    The agent immediately gave me the ps3 code after he looked at my ticket. Afterwards I asked if I'd still receive my 30 days and he said entering the code is like activating a new retail copy and will include the 30 days trial.

    To claim the code I went to account management and then redeem code on my ps3. Afterwards you do NOT have to redownload the game if u bought a digital copy. Simply enter the game and once u log in you will be prompted to register your new code. Make sure not to click 'create new account'. Select account 1 and then scroll down and hit next. After that all should be well! He mentioned account 2 will be deactivated and this whole process can only be done once. Good luck all!

    Yeah, I'm NA, and it is. I'm a PC user as well. I've been in a chat before but it was an EU. I've been trying this chat for at least a week. This is atrocious.

    Well if the chat doesn't work for whatever reason then try calling at exactly 9amPST and you should get on hold rather than a busy signal, they'll still be able to help you right away if that's the case.

    Just keep trying. Trust us, it works. You either get lucky, or you don't. It took me 3 full days to get a hold of someone at all. (Some people MultiQueue with different browsers, so you can try that.)

    Is EVERYONE in que getting an agent when they get to #1 or are we still getting that stupid "no agents available"? Also have we confirmed if the emails have only gone out to people with escalated tickets? As I never got mine escalated and I still don't have my new code I just qued up in chat and it seems to be moving faster then ever currently #154. Should I even bother getting my hopes up??? I just want this damn thing fixed

    I was #20 in the Chat Support queue, but I literally just received my e-mail with the PS3 code + I'm in the game now! 'u' Good luck to the rest of you on this!

    I had my ticket escalated Sept. 3rd, the e-mail was for that ticket and that means you don't have to make several more... Or just try your luck with chat support.
