I wanted to let everyone know that after 3 hours of being in chat queue I got connected with a Agent Thomas A who was able to generate a new PSN code over chat and give it to me. I can now play again! They are giving out psn codes via chat so don't give up.
Because of the lack of support, I'm almost at the end of my patience. Some of you may already be past that point.

For those of you unsatisfied with your purchase, just wanted to remind you that you can call up the 1800# on the back of your credit card that you used to purchase the game and dispute that you recieved a proper product. they will initiate a reversal on the transaction, and you will indeed get your money back.

Now to make sure I don't screw up again I do this right?
1) Redeem the code at the Account Management on your PSN
2) Download FFXIV: ARR CE (or simply click download and cancel as you got the game already)
3) Insert Disc/Start Up FFXIV: ARR
4) Log in to FFXIV: ARR
5) Now here pick the intended Service Account (my Open Beta/Early Access Account)
6) IMPORTANT: SCROLL DOWN the webpage and click NEXT, do NOT pick "Create New Service Account" to put your CE content to your EA Account
And that's about it right? That's the right way to add in the CE content stuff AND put it on your current initial Account instead of a new one?

the SA2 is already upgraded to CE, should i just purchase the basic version only?
