I think every time I got in contact with them I was using Chrome. Was trying Firefox yesterday and kept getting cancelled.
This is probably truth. Wish they'd just be forthcoming with us... tell us they don't have the tools to fix this prob atm. All so stupid. I can wait 2 weeks but being told so many different things.. ugh.Just got off Customer Support Live Chat.
This person, Kristian, said nothing about it having to do with Sony. In fact he said that the the reason the PC was getting fixed is because they just implemented the tools to fix it on their end yesterday and they are waiting to get the tools for the PS3. And said it will take the full 14 days.
Then he promptly disconnected me.
What great customer service........
I finally got through on the chat. Daniel A was very helpful and fixed my account in 5 mins. Glad to finally have my acct back. Good luck to everyone else still trying to get through.
I used firefox.i was 189 on the chat queue, using IE today since yesterday i went from the 200s to 1 3 times and then no agents today decided to change browsers... anyway from 189 to 1 same thing happened, no agents... i just hit refresh and now im 222. Im also on the phone queue, going into 63 minutes there....
The ppl that have manage to get an agent... can they say what browser they used... i dont think it has to do with the browser... but at this moment a moments away from buying a plane ticket to LA and talk to CS in their office...
lol it would be funny if i get there and there is a Disney World style line to talk to them haha
Maybe you sent your support form to EU instead of NA. From what I've read EU is not able to help NA users.
Just opened up a Chrome window, and am in a queue in both Firefox and Chrome. Currently 122 in Firefox (started 30 mins ago) and 220 in Chrome. Lets see how this works
