I've decided Im not going to get worried until theres 1 day left on my EA time. I imagine they have a list of issues that need resolving, and this is on there somewhere. They suck at communicating what they're doing, but it doesn't mean they're not doing anything.

After 2hrs and 56mins....the NA Support center just hung up on me without patching me thru to anyone. F'n Ridiculous. So we can't chat with a live person, and can't call a real person. All we can do is wait. Well Played SE!!!

I submitted my account switch problems about an hour ago. the 30 days free I can live without, but I want my toons and EA items. I spent an hour trying to figure out what to do to register up with no guidance from the emails they sent out with the code only to be tricked in making a new account as well. 3 days left, though not that it matters. I can only play in the wee hours of the morning when the servers aren't full. so hopefully two problems will be fixed with one stone.
