Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

They are more concerned with the state of their servers right now and their "working round the clock" seems to be normal business hours, which I'm sure isn't enough to get to everyone.

I think they only stop taking calls and chat after 6pm as they need to also do paperwork/followups, I have seen quite a few people queuing on live chat get through after 6 (this was the story of NA though) and I received my email regarding my account being fixed at like 7pm

Yeah, email came in a few minutes after I noticed it was fixed (I've been a bit restless, checking my SE account every 20 minutes or so).

Bah, add me to the list. Registered to PS3 via instructions in manual. Loaded game up, saw 2 service accounts, one with characters and one empty and thought that was odd, but was able to keep playing until this morning. Guess I should become a forum jockey again to keep up with this sort of stuff.

Isn't that what they have been doing? It makes no sense though, clearly my issue is still around because you guys can't get to every ticket within 48 hours x_x

Pretty terrible decision isn't it? I think that is why nothing came of my original ticket that was escalated by phone. I raised that ticket on the 26th, UK time.

So not only am I annoyed enough already, now I have to worry if my ticket's been cancelled despite the agent telling me he escalated it for me. Nice.

I think it is more likely they just have an extremely screwed up, uncapable system. The happy benefit for them is less people trying to log onto the game.

Thanks for the response. Checking your SE account or on MogStation? And if on SE Account, where were you looking in particular?
