Resolved finally, spoke to a live chat agent yesterday around 4:30pm PST, just checked my account and got my 30 days + CE Status on service acct 1... Now only if I could log in to the game...

So has anyone gotten to talk to someone since they opened? Were supposed to open at 3pm my time, it's 3:36 now, and I don't see anyone posting any results in here....it's been half an hour. Surely one of us has had something?(besides those who were #1 and got booted when they opened)
