As I said earlier in this thread, I got Amazon to refund my money for the digital CE I bought from them. In less then a day, they heard my issues, tried to contact SE, couldn't and then refunded my money. I am more or less just waiting for my key to be invalid sometime soon.

Amazon gets customer service and bends over backwards to make their customers happy. That is why they are the largest internet retailer. They make promises and keep them. Something goes wrong, they fix it asap.
