I was told on Live chat this morning 10.00 am UK time that my ticket would be escalated.

Lots of people were told the same thing. some got a fix, not me

Sadly I was lied to, Its hit and miss on which support person take the call.

Will now have to ring again tomorrow (on expensive 0870 number) and hope to get a good support person

my EA will run out tomorrow.

Will give up completely if its not fixed tomorrow. Shocking website, shocking Customer support.

And not even 1 mod replied in this 160 page thread, all due to stupid website design
