You know, they could easily just do their job and help everybody here out to fix the problem. But instead people who call in get priority. That's RIDICULOUS.Just waited for about 3 hours on the phone and finally got through. I got an extremely helpful guy that sounded tired as hell and he sounded extremely surprised that I was polite. I know this is frustrating as hell guys, but when you finally get through, just remember that the customer service guys are just doing their job. Please don't take out your frustrations on them.
