Hey guys, still no fix for me. Sorry i'm too lazy to read the last 50 pages so i'll just ask here. has anyone had their account fixed today or heard from customer service in NA? I'm thinking they are on a 3 day weekend for labor day, which is just incredible if it is true. any info will help. good luck to all. i know it is frustrating. i am almost considering quitting all together, but i'm trying to be patient. this mmo is (technically) in infancy. im optimistic that after these growing pains square will get their sheisse together and provide us all with a great game and community. or, it will flop like the original ff14.

You're referring to the issue our argument stemmed from, that trying to add the game's code for the 30 days play time would instead create a new account because the site's layout makes as much sense as a dog flying? Shweet! Hopefully it doesn't take too long for them to get to my ticket....I only just submitted it last night....
I filled out a ticket from support and was given a ticket number, which I copied and saved to a .txt file........but after I did it, I checked if there was a ticket list, only to realize I wasn't logged into the FFXIV site when I filled out the form, so there WOULDN'T be a ticket list. To be honest, I haven't even received a confirmation email that I DID submit a ticket.So this may sound dumb...
but did anyone else, fill out the form that mogstation points at, and then not get their ticket showing up under service center? i have the number written down, but theres no history on it.
Havent been able to get through by any other means, opened a ticket referencing the first ticket, that one got status. Seems the form page didnt recognize my SE account? Anyone else have this issue?
And to second a previous question.
has ANYONE gotten a resolution, that solely submitted a ticket, No calls, No Live Chat, No E-mails, just a ticket and a fix? Thanks.
Well, I gave up on SE customer service. I gave them a chance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They failed me, so I just bought a hard copy of the game and redeemed my new code and added it to my service 1 account (I registered it properly this time). I am going to give my service 2 account to my boyfriend to use... At least this way I feel I did not waste money. Good luck to those who are still having issues.

IMO they should have support running 24/7 on these issues, especially after EA fiasco, but meh, whatcha gonna do.
Im just gonna be really pissed if they take away our 30 days due to this, sorry, but i didnt design that POS registration page for ps3... and even with an HDTV..its a PITA to read the text on there before you get into game. Again sorry for forum spamming.
edit 1: meaning the days we cannot play due to this, not losing the full 30. really isnt our fault, if it takes two weeks, i want my 14 days back, thats all.

Free Trial Extension
To apologize to our loyal fans who may not have been able to login or create characters during early access and the days immediately following launch, the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials. This includes non-legacy players from 1.0, who will be given new seven-day free trials. Trial extensions will be awarded after the aforementioned server maintenance on Wednesday. Details on the trial extension, including the extension period, will be released in a separate post as soon as they have been solidified.
We thank our fans again for the overwhelming support you have shown us over the past week. The response to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn has well exceeded our expectations, and unfortunately resulted in our inability to provide the service which we originally intended. We humbly ask for your continued patience as we work to alleviate the issues as we truly appreciate all of our fans. We are very sorry for the frustration that has resulted from these problems.
