Server Login Queue not functioning

I've noticed that it's hit-or-miss with the login queue functioning when a server is full. 99% of the time, I receive "The world is full, try again later!" and on extremely rare occasions, I'm dropped into a login queue. I'm having trouble understanding how the game could go live when this has been an issue since beta. Please fix the login queue. If the server is full, put players in a login queue. There's no reason to just punt them back to the main screen.

Perhaps you should take a quick look at the update posted from yesterday? SE is purposely limiting the amount of people online hence the 1017 errors. The server is "Full". Sometimes you might get lucky enough to get into a queue but it has been zero hits for me.

So I took a page from what others have commented... go play on a JP server.
