Lodestone RSS News Feed Needed

When will the new Lodestone provide an RSS feed for news topics? The old Lodestone had this feature.



Plus, the Developer Blog currently offers it. But not the new Lodestone.



What is RSS? Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication. It's a way to pull in news to an external website or a news reader so that you can get the latest information all in one place.

Those of us who run LS/FC and community sites need to be able to easily publish news. You can see various places where ARR news that used to thrive has now gone quiet.

Plus, kindly think of those who use RSS feed readers/apps. Everything from email/news clients to apps like Feedly.

This feature has been requested more than once throughout the forums since launch, but never acknowledged.

I searched to see if anyone mentioned how to get the info for the new RSS feed, if there was one. I didn't know there wasn't any at the moment. I would love the new Lodestone offer support for this.

I would like to second this request. It would be a lot easier and convenient for me if I could follow the news by feed. It would be far easier to see what's new news and what news I already read.

With today's post about the Moonfire Faire, it's becoming painfully obvious that news is missing on sites that normally brought it in via RSS. I just don't have time to babysit my FC website and manually post news articles. When is the new Lodestone going to provide a feed?

Two and a half months now, and no acknowledgement. Can we at least know if this is on the web team's to-do list?

So, imagine my surprise when a post showed up the other day in my Lodestone RSS feed... because it was from the old Lodestone!

How are we three months into launch with a bright and shiny new Lodestone that still doesn't have an essential news feature that even the clunky old Lodestone had?

Please, can we get a status update on an RSS feed for news topics?

I've been searching everywhere for this and was sorely disappointed to find that apparently we still don't have one! I'd like to make this more available to my FC mates on our forums, particularly things like the Letters and patch notes and the like. Please bring this in!
