Every time you call the devs lazy, they will show that you are right by not bothering to fix whatever you want fixed.

To be fair, you can't always know what someone's first language is. This could be a language barrier situation, and you're not really making yourself look good here, just judgemental.

Non-native speakers of English usually make different types of errors. And not using capital letters is not a language issue. It is either laziness or a broken keyboard.
