    (unresolved) PS3 Region locked codes......still waiting...............

    Still waiting for some word from SE on the pre order codes they sent out that were WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no comment, no help, and i guess they just dont care about the "few" who didnt get what they paid for ( or didnt pay for, i know EA was a free perk, but if your gonna advertise something, and then not give it to everyone who is eligable, at least have the balls to say "hey we fucked up, sucks for you"- Yoshi P) they have been fixing everything but the first thing they should have looked into. not im not one of those trolls that says "im gonna cancel and quit" but i mean COME ON@!@##@!@#!#@!#@!!@!@!

    After using my 'early access' promotion code to get a PS3 code, the website gave me a code that tells me "The code you entered may not be correct or may not be valid".
    I spoke to a Sony Rep who says that the code is for European customers, and to contact your Square Support site to acquire a North American Code. I also spoke to Digital-River over the phone to see if they could help and they told me the same thing. But I have not had a response to my support ticket since thursday (that is over 114 hours). I also waited 3 hours in the live chat, and then it told me there was no one to talk to when I got to the very first in line. After THAT it sent me to "https://squareenixen.custhelp.com/app/ask" so I sent a message on there as well. And then I went back into the live chat queue because ... I WANT to actually speak to someone for once instead of getting shafted.

    I've tried again and again on the preorder site to recieve a new code, following the advice of FFXIV's twitter account but it just presents the same code time and time again. I think the twitter advice was ONLY for the PC version. An all around sucky situation.
