I'm not sure where to post this, but I wish Square would put in a feature to lower the amount of people that load on my screen so I can have improved frame rate, or there are some other MMO's out there that let you toggle all the other players on and off, this way if you wanted you can maximize your own game play with out the hindrance of other players bogging down your PC.

I'm really sorry, but if you can't afford a computer that's good enough to play this at minimum settings, you need to work on getting another source of income before playing an MMORPG. My wife's POS laptop that I bought at black friday for 250$ last year runs it amazingly. I really don't mean to sound like a dick, but you need to get your priorities straight man. For how good this game looks, it's insanely optimized. The old 1.0 client used to be around 30-40 gigs and this one is what, 9-10? They've slimmed down the game a lot all while being able to make it look beautiful.
