So... where is my character in MogStation?

I have two characters now because there were server errors. The first is my NA character, "Magus Vandel". The second is irrelevant because I placed him on a JPN server as an alt.

For some reason, you have decided to only recognize the second character, despite my normal character being on your main website. I am worried you deleted him for no reason and now I have to waste more time.

So tell me... is this a bug? There was no way for me to check on my character without agreeing to your terms, so I have to assume both are still there, but as the MogStation clearly only recognizes one of them, I feel like I have wasted a lot of time. I assume this is a bug and I am just mildly overreacting, but I also know that you have not really fixed any problems so far. I'm hoping you resolve this LONG before we are supposed to actually put in payment information. Please provide feedback, Thank You.

Similar Issue here. I'm guessing something to do with the Mog Station having issues getting info from the World/Char List for NA/EU.

Deleted my JP alts from Beta P4 and within seconds are no longer listed on the Mog Station.

I am getting the same thing. Except NONE of my characters are showing. I don't even know if my CE is tied to my account. All I see is

FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.

Is the pre-order code my CE? I just don't know. I can't even get in game to see what mail I have. lol

UPDATE: My characters just populated. I wonder if all this updating is what is causing us not being able to log in right now?

Just rechecked and he is there finally. It looks like they put it up without adding all the character information. Mini-heart attack on standby for now.

I'm guessing all the characters should be there by tomorrow. Don't quote me on that, though.

After I applied my codes, both my characters on the NA servers disappeared. They are there when I log into the game, they are also there in the lodestone. But it has gone missing from my mogstation. How odd?
