    1.0 character not on my list of subscribed characters

    Okay so Mog Station only has my alt on the JP servers (Blaze Moonshadow) on the list of characters with my account and not my Main on Balmung (Cenewulf Blacksword) I am pretty sure this is an error and need some help with this problem.
