Ughh.. This is just plain stupid.. the fact that they don't implement a inactive char DC and allow ques... is just plain stupid... Sorry but I've been trying the past 3 days to play with my friends... and it's not like I'm waiting to be able to create a character on the server.. I HAVE ONE!! The fact that so many people are starting to play on the JP servers due to the fact that they can't log into a NA/EU server AT ALL... is just silly.. you don't even have enough worlds for the NA/EU population to play on their own server's ... that to me is a giant fail... and then NOW... http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...ption_service/ this?? are you ****ing kidding me?? Sooo hey here... it's our fault you can't play with your friends.. but here why don't you play over there by yourself.... and later when we finally get our shit together you can PAY US!! to move you, so you can play with your friends!... Hell the only way I can play right now is if I log into a JP server.. So, I'm on a server with majority of people whom do no speak English... and NOT BY CHOICE... and have to ****ing pay you to move me to one that does later because you people FAIL??? Great way to launch a game tardbags!!! *applause* sounds like your just out to get our money any way you can is what it sounds like to me... instead you should have a compensation for 1 free character transfer for ALL pre-order accounts... that was probably the most stupidest thing you could've posted up onto your website...

I am on the verge of just giving up myself. I don't really want to do that. But, I can't just sit here and keep trying to get into a game I may never

Too bad I can't just get a refund....I feel like I'd at least be giving a decent fuck you to SE. I started and continued in 1.0. I feel sticking through that atrocious nightmare piece of shit game at least earned me the right to try the game and decide to keep paying them monthly. Well I was wrong. I can't even log in. Seems a beautiful game, ran smoothly aside from the clusterfuck character lag. I mean holy jesus people were gliding. We're in a preorder stage. These are COUNTED NUMBERS<--look caps mean im fucking serious!

Oh Hell, I understand that the 1.0 players couldn't really be counted on for who was coming back. But holy shit, you should have been ready for them all. The fact that they aren't just says they don't think highly of their own game. They assumed no one would give a shit. And now they're scrambling to fix shit that should have been done in a fucking beta. I mean holy shit this is ridiculous. And don't feed me the "mmos are always bad at launch" bullshit. You're a fucking cunt if you say that. The fact that we have oxygen thieving morons running around spewing shit out like that is why it's acceptable to companies to do this. They run a half assed beta with limited content, then act all surprised when shit isn't tested properly.

I've played almost every major MMO release since EQ1, and almost all the smaller ones too. So I can say with experience that this is pure dogshit and I've never been this disgusted with a company. I've put up with over a year of this shit and a long ass down time waiting for this promised 2.0. And all I get is a throttled server without a queue. Whatever fucking dipshit decided this was a good idea should be fired. That fucking guy is no longer allowed in the think tank, he's not even allowed in the building. He should be quarantined and bitch slapped.

Awesome game (from what I can tell) but the worst fucking PR and launch I've ever seen. What pisses me off more then anything is I've sworn by this game and what it could be. Only to have SE turn around and fuck up the second go around so bad that people won't even give the game a chance because of this. Tons of preorders will be cancelled. The ratings will get shit on. And no one will touch this game with a 10 foot pole just like 1.0. If they don't fix it fast, and I mean fucking fast that is exactly what this game will be. A pile of shit with a quarter of the subs as people who just bought the game. Fuck you SE. Get a new PR because the silence makes you a money mongering pirate hooker.

I have to say it, the launch is better than 1.0 imo and on par with most MMO launches. At least they admitted they did something wrong (configured something incorrectly) most MMOs would just say we found the issue and its resolved. No further info.
Hope peoples can get into the game soon and enjoy it.
