so just out of curiosity, i went over to the JP lodestone and read the comments of on that thread form our JP counterparts. the difference is quite striking. i read 10 comments, all thanking the development team, and what a great job they did.

this tells me either of two things:

1. the JP players are largely unaware of the NA/EU woes.
2. the JP payers are simply fat and happy regarding the smooth happy time they are getting they don't give a damn about the rest

surprise hidden third thing: all of the above.

final thoughts....great game...fun game....beautiful game....bad execution....AGAIN.

edit: it would appear i was wrong...all the comments are congratulation to Yoshi, development, and the smooth release. where as, all the comments on NA side are negative. one would then draw from that as all of this is intentional? a stroke fest from the their JP compatriots? perhaps not, but man does this not sit well with me. not so much that we got a crappy deal and they got a smooth deal, but because all of this could have been fixed on day 2 at least, and create a very enjoyable environment for everyone...or nearly everyone. now all we have is anger and resentment, and thoughts of regrets.... and yet again....to reference our friends from The Who, "fooled again".

so Yoshi P. and Development, Congratulations on creating a really fun great game which you really put a great deal of time into; and the hope that by tomorrow....no...next month, all will be smooth again.
