Go to your local Wal-Mart or grocery store and purchase a pre-paid credit card. Works beautifully and can put as little or as much money on them as you like. That would be your best bet if they don't add Paypal any time soon.

People do not have bank accounts? I thought they all gave out debit cards with the visa logo that can also be used as a "credit card"?

They probably don't use PP since they would lose outrageous amounts of money a couple ways. Running a credit card is expensive enough, PP is just out of hand when dealing with millions of dollars. They also have to deal with PP freezing their account, which would happen since it is automated. Their PP account would be frozen right now due to the EA complaints of "no access to the service". They need to use a processor that does not freeze accounts on a whim.

That's something a lot of people don't know. Paypal is relentless and absolutely unforgiving if charges are disputed. That's why you see some MMO only add paypal at or after launch.
