    Since there does seem to be a queue feature also, it seems that 1017 is what you get when the extremely tiny queue is full. This is... pretty dismal as technical solutions go.

    all servers say there condition is fine.... guess those indicators are just for show.

    The servers are indeed up... you just can't LOGIN to them. If you're already logged in, you stay in fine, most of the time.

    There is a very limited point in queueing if they cannot kick off people that are just sitting in game not playing.
