    I really don't understand why they would do that? I didn't even look at the forums, just the email. I guess I clicked the wrong thing and now I have 2 accounts. One with pre order only and one with collectors. I'm really annoyed.

    So, I guess I have to submit a ticket. Lovely.

    Im in the same issue here. Currently in queue 152th waiting time keep on changing only have 1 hour till their support close.
