Refund?

Are refunds possible? Paying for access to a game and cant get in. Some may find the meta game of spamming the server to get in and beat the 1017 error but thats not what I paid for. Can someone from tech post what the refund policy is and how we can get our funds returned for lack of proper service?

You aren't paying for the access yet... wait until tomorrow and try the same argument if you still cannot get in.

Ha! wait until tomorrow? Things will not get any better once the game is released. There will only be more people trying to log in with a retail release of the game.

Yes you are, if you purchased the game for early access and you didn't get it far as I'm concerned, means you arint getting what was promised

you say that the game is great, til know you get what you have paid for a great game, when you start paying fee for access the game then you can talk about Refund.

one advice for you is that if you can handle all the pre-launch and launch issues, go play others games and come back in two weeks.

Tomorrow should be interesting.... Adding more people to servers that can not handle the early access users . Unless there is maintenance scheduled for tonight I would guess the next few days will be a mess.

SE assured us that the game would be playable for EA. They did not produce a playable game for EA so what makes you believe that it will be playable at release?

If you payed for the Pre-Release and did not get access to any of the Pre-Release content then you should be due a Refund. To get a Refund for the difference that you paid for the Pre-Release version VS the regular release is all that you might be able to recover.
To start that process you should contact SE support directly and try to have your Proof of Purchase with you.
Don't listen to these guys who say you are not entitled to a refund because they don't know what they are talking about. If you pay for a service and you do not receive that service then you should ask for a Refund of that service.
