Of all the MMO's I've played, i recall no other, had this abyssmal log in restriction and server overflow issues, not even the so hyped SWOTR back then.

I can understand it's not an easy task to deal with but, the "We apologize for the inconvinience" is no longer good and truly getting old... We need actions and solutions to speak for themselves. I can't imagine at this rate how launch date it's going to be.

I can symphatize with people's frustration at this stage of "Early access". However, as much as i love this game, this is getting absurd.

I agree with you to an extent. There have been a lot of people saying that this is to be expected of an MMO and while that is true, the NA/EU servers of FFXIV: ARR should have been prepared and managed better. The original FFXIV was a massive failure. SE should have put as many resources to ensure a problem like this didn't occur.

This is the critical point, given the mega-failure of V1, V2 can't afford the luxury of the mega-fail it's getting right now.

Same here, I've never experienced login issues like this with other MMOs, not even during beta testing.

I've been locked out of my 1.0 character for nearly the entire early access period. SquareEnix's poor reputation is well-deserved at this point.

I plan on getting a refund and cancelling my service at the end of the week. There's no point if I can't use it, and re-rolling a brand new character on a JP server is unacceptable

The whole point of ARR was to attract and retain new customers, and now SE stands to lose a large portion of those customers . This is really bad from a business perspective because all that potential revenue will be gone soon enough. A 3 day open beta was really stupid

I'll not demand a refund, but if these restrictions are in place when subscriptions kick in, I will discontinue playing. I am not going to pay to play a game I can't play except for ungodly hours of the night.

The frightening thing is SE have given no sign these restrictions will be gone tomorrow .. do SE really expect to have a subscription stream in 30 days time given what they're offering as of tomorrow?
