Refund?

Are refunds possible? Paying for access to a game and cant get in. Some may find the meta game of spamming the server to get in and beat the 1017 error but thats not what I paid for. Can someone from tech post what the refund policy is and how we can get our funds returned for lack of proper service?

The game is great, not being able to have reasonable access to the game is not.

Ha! wait until tomorrow? Things will not get any better once the game is released. There will only be more people trying to log in with a retail release of the game.

Yes you are, if you purchased the game for early access and you didn't get it far as I'm concerned, means you arint getting what was promised
