    Mog Station only shows 1 character?

    So I logged into Mog Station today to update billing/subs info to find it only lists a temp character I made to play on a JP server and not my main two (listed in my sig). Should I be worried as I'm only paying for teh entry level not the 8 character one.

    I have exactly the same issue. And i cant figure out what im supposed to do either.

    Mine is similar. I can see my 1.0 character on Masamune server, but I can't see the character I created during P4 when I log into the mog station. I can see my P4 character here on the forums but not my 1.0 one. I can see both on the lodestone, so I know it is in the system somewhere.

    The fact that one is showing up here, the other somewhere else, I am wondering now if I have two service accounts, only I can't see both on the mog station site?

    Ah so it would seem only JP server characters are showing up. Typical eh? So long as its the current norm I wont panic.

    Me too

    My main character from NA Balmung is not showing up as well, but the JP server characters are displayed. must be something to do with the NA/EU Data center servers issues

    It may be an error due to the recent NA/EU server issues. give it a few days. you get 30 days free so no need to panic just yet.

    So I previously played 1.o but I didnt have the collectors edition. For ARR I bought the collectors edition, does anyone know how I can enter the code to my account?
