Character appears to be corrupt due to error 1016 (ongoing for over 40+ hours)

Hello again,

You may remember me from such threads as "Error 1016, oh god why me?" and "Error 1016, how to deal with character separation anxiety." Well unfortunately I am back and I still have this error and am still unable to access my main character, Avelle Asteria on Hyperion.

I opened a ticket on Saturday evening when it first occurred and called the call center today and spoke to a nice gentleman who basically told me there was nothing he could do about my problem and to contact a GM in game for further assistance. Well fortunately I had created another character on Hyperion and have contacted a GM but the waiting game continues.

At this point I am less than optimistic that a GM will be able to resolve my issue, but perhaps I am just pessimistic. If there is anyone else out there in SE support land that has the power to resolve problems such as these and happens to see this post in a sea of thousands of others I would be eternally grateful for your assistance.

Thanks for your continued hard work on fixing this issue along with the others that have surfaced over the weekend.

EDIT: Additional elaboration of the issue since I did not do such a great job above. The issue is that ever since Saturday my character data appears to be unavailable and always gives the error 1016 when trying to log in. I can log into my other character and other servers without issue. An example of the problem can be seen below.

bumping, this issue has been unaddressed for over 48 hours now, can it please get some attention.

This issue has persisted through half a dozen or more server maintenance, clearly it is going to take action by an individual to resolve this.

Keeping on the front page for a little in hopes of actually getting noticed.
