As long as the service accounts there your characters will be too, it just seems to only show certain characters. It's really misleading but then so are a lot of SE's options, you just have to hope for the best a lot of the time!
I made the mistake of accidentally creating a new service account with my CE code...did you have to call to have them move your character?
