Any opinions on this setup?

Looking into building a new rig, and specs are :
MOBO: ASUS Maximus VI Fomula
CPU: Been confused between i5 4670k and i7 4770k, I know hyperthreading is the only difference, but is it worth the $100ish difference, as I'd be streaming games probably.
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Closed liquid loop
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 SC edition
RAM: 16GB Kingston Hyper X 2133MHz
SSD: samsung 840 pro 256GB for OS.
HDD: WD 1TB x2 in RAID 0 for storage.
PSU: CM 1000W Silent pro
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 1ms 144Hz
Case: Haven't decided yet, But either Corsair 900D or Cooler Master Trooper (both full tower)
any opinions?

I wouldn't pay $100 extra for hyperthreading, since I would estimate the i5 4670k would handle streaming just fine.

2133mhz RAM is generally a waste, as there are diminishing returns after 1866mhz, 1600mhz is probably the best value and will serve your purposes just fine. You probably also don't need a full 16 gb of it, but that's your call.

I don't particularly like closed loop water cooling, so I couldn't recommend the H100i. It will be marginally better than the standard heat sink, and if you have no plans of overclocking, you certainly don't need it.

Anything in the GOOD category or higher will run the game on max settings no problem.
SUPERB if you want to do extra like capture and upload video at same time.
EXCELLENT if you want to do all that and be ready for DX11 client.
Anything above is just overkill for THIS game.

I always love these threads. Are these upper-mid to high end range parts worth well over 2 grand good?

yes of course they are.

Now without the snark: get the I7. No reason if you're already spending all that to not get it and it will make a difference in the long run. I'm also not a huge fan of liquid cooling but really the I7 can run on the stock fan easily if your not gonna OC.

I'm drooling on your setup. But yea get the I7 since you can use it longer and for more variety. Altho games are fine w/o HTs. You can save money by downgrading your videocard from your current setup to GTX 670 or 660Ti. I'm using GTX 660 only and I can play this game at all max setting. Although I might tone down some of the settings just to be sure lolz. a GTX 670 is well above what this game needs

I've Decided to go with this MOBO Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H, Am hoping to get some feedback on it.
as for the rest parts would probably be the same, besides the Case and CPU which am still debating on.

The reason am planning to get the GTX780 is because am trying to be on the safe side for the next generation games, BF4 etc.. and new technology is always preferred
