I'm perfectly fine with bugs, glitches, crashes, or any other things that go along with MMO launches. I have no problems with being in a queue.

However, I was just online doing crafting on my Weaver and the game crashed. I IMMEDIATELY logged back in and attempted to continue crafting. I was put in a queue. The window came up saying that I was number 24 in the queue. Whatever. That's a little messed up but it's fine.

What's not fine is having that window then disappear and it be replaced with 1017 telling me that the world is full and to fucking try again later.

Paying for a game leads to the expectation that one will be able to play it. So far it has been virtually unplayable for a large number of people. The excuse that it is launch and there are always problems with launches doesn't fly with me anymore as there have been a number of good launches--yes, there were bugs during launches but nothing that made the game unplayable like: login limitations, disappearing server lists, repeated maintenance down time, inability to progress story due to issues with instances, 10102 errors, 90000 errors, 3102 errors, lack of login queues and so on. I have not seen a launch go this bad since WoW. The idea that these problems will be fixed in a week or two post launch does not erase the fact that other games have produced a playable game at launch and in doing so, established a standard that FF has failed to meet. I think it is also unreasonable to expect people to pay for a game that is not playable. A subscription should not be an investment in being able to play the game in the future. It is a payment for a service that is to be rendered at the time of payment. I will gladly pay for a subscription when I can play the game in a reasonable manner. Until then, I will spend my money with another company that is able to provide the service for which I am paying.

A) The Queue should exist PERIOD. None of this "The world is currently full, try again later" bull.
B) You should never be put into a queue and then be told "The world is full, try again later"
C) If the servers have a cap, there should be an auto-disconnect timer.
