C++ R6025 error

Got it again 5 times today in @5 hours.

Each day I got it 2-3 times, usually when there's lag.
Every time I get the error I have to wait that my char log off (error 3102), and yet again after that sometimes it doesnt show up the servers and when it does, i get the 1017 error It's impossible to play fine with all this

Additionally, has anyone been experiencing extreme lag in game? I get animation lag during battles and just in general (movement not matching up, people running by on chocobos who don't move their legs), NPCs can take minutes to appear on screen, game menu lag, and the soundtrack has been cutting out or not matching up.
