C++ R6025 error

Happening to me with alarming frequency, but it only seems to happen in towns (which, to be fair, LOTS of buggy things have happened to me in towns, like running into invisible walls, getting stuck, FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR, etc., not to mention generally atrocious lag involving having to wait around for like a full minute for NPCs to load). This is getting redonkulous. It's happened three times to me already today just trying to get out of Limsa Lominsa, but I have yet to make it from one end of the map to the other without a crash.

[edit] After some more playing and somewhat deliberately trying to get the crash to occur, I've come to the conclusion that while it seems possible to occur at any time, it almost always occurs in high congestion areas - that is, locations with lots of other players in them. Naturally, towns are the prime suspects for such places. But I'm actually able to play pretty consistently throughout most of late night/early morning (that is, roughly 4AM-9AM EST) without any major problems, even in towns.

I think what would really help save this game is either A) adding channels to help deal with the congestion (and quite frankly, you could cut down the number of worlds to about half and implement a channel system and achieve roughly the same thing while allowing more players to play together), or B) implementing a kind of "reverse stealth" mode, where you can choose to play in a muted fashion, essentially turning off all other player characters on the client side to help deal with the lag in high-congestion areas.

I also get this AT LEAST 3 times a day, and always in high congestion areas (cities, crowded towns, large FATE groups). I've tried everything suggested here, from lowering my graphics settings to completely reinstalling, but it keeps happening.

I get this error alot too, but only in zones that are WAY over crouded, like south shroud or coerthas.

I also receive this error, often daily, but never more than once or twice in a day. I've noticed the pattern is though, when I transition into new areas, or que with the duty finder. It always appears to happen when there is a situation where I will or could switch zones.

I also get "FFXIV has stopped responding" quite frequently too, where I'll be moving from an aetheryte crystal to a merchant to repair my gear and without warning, the game crashes, and I have to log back in. It's been a little frustrating but I'm so used to it now, I just go through the hoops of logging back in and carrying on.
I sure hope something is discovered to fix this, sounds like lots of people have the problem.

This error has not been fixed yet!!!
Everytime I go to a crowded area it keeps appearing, its impossible to do any levequest @ coerthas or quarrymill x.x!!
