Made the mistake of logging out today

Protip: Don't log out and enjoy the game after you're done with work.

You all have it backwards...

You think:

SE sets lower player cap -> The kind caring anonymous people of the internet remove their spot so that others have a better chance to log in. -> Anon is generous by nature

Reality:

SE Lowers Player cap -> people AFK so they can have a spot when they get back -> even more people get blocked out causing them to do the same thing once they're in

I really don't use the AFK method cuz of electricity bill and electrical accidents that could fry my PC. I also don't see the point of taking space in the game when I'm really not doing anything (I only did it on 1.0 while waiting for ppl to pass on my toon and repair my stuff lol). I understand why ppl do this but it still seems a bit selfish. I can only play 1-3 hours per night during work days and I can't even log in during those short amount of time cuz afks are taking up space. It's because of this mentality that server problems are exacerbated. If everyone just logs out when they are not playing I'm sure we can all have our turn (even if we have to queue a bit). If these ppl don't afk I can enter during my 1-3 hours play, log out and then let someone else play etc.

Yeah, I am not looking forward to going home in couple of hours from work and find I can't log on again :S
I wouldn't leave myself afk in the game for 8 hours though, that would be selfish of me, but I really hope they fix this server capacity soon.

I think the AFK kick is a good idea, maybe not for 15 mins (as I would like to be able to eat dinner without having to constantly make sure I don't get kicked) but maybe after like 30-45 mins you get kicked or something.

Haha, yeah I think all of the above has already happened to me and I have been cursing my life away!!

I think I have been quite lucky though, The longest I have been getting any kind of login errors was maybe for like 30 mins and then I was able to log back on (and there, I jinxed it for myself now, stay tuned for more whiney posts from yours truly lol)
