I have yet to recieve my CE code.

I bought and downloaded the Digital Collectors Edition from the Square Enix store.

I got an email immediately with confirmation and a "early access" code.

Today, I got my Cait Sith and Moogle Hat. I see where you can now redeem your CE code at the new Moogle Sation site. The problem is, I never GOT a CE code. It's not in my spam folder.

Do I need to call them or open a ticket?
