get rid of this lag

ok so I was playing my char until around 19.30 GMT time then I logged out and 10 mins later logged back in and since then I got my pre-order cat and hat but the game has lagged so much for me I cant really move, I called my mount which took 2 mins to be summoned I spoke to someone for a quest and it took ages for then to even give me the quest and when I accepted it even longer .... normally its all instant but for 2 hours ive been having this major lag and I don't know what to do.


I uninstalled the game as well and re-installed it just to see if its me, checked my ping with CMD on my pc with the EU server my ping is around 30 my FPS is around 60 im so confused ....

What ISP are you with?

if your on about my provider its BT and ive never had a problem with them at all2 hours ago I just got this major lag and now I cant play

iv also had to stop playing today because of the lag i just carnt do any thing same thing happened last night as well stopped about 11 ish. i am also with bt just hope it is sorted soon.
