Why do I have 3 service accounts.

So I have 3 service accounts, for no reason.

One is standard, one is the early access (which doesn't show my actual character) and one was freaking created when I followed their link to register my actual code.


I would call them but their customer support number is litterally giving me a busy signal, and I work durring the time their chat is active and can't wait hours.

Wait there's chat and a phone number? Please share this sorcery? I've literally spent about 30 minutes trying to search one down... same thing happened to me with the service account stuff, worst account interface ever.

The phone number is 858-790-7529, and giving a busy signal, No freaking queue system for their phone lines either!

Apparently this website was created preemptively because even they know just how misleading and confusing the new Mog House is... I never had a reason to feel an anxiety attack all through out Beta phase 1 till launch...UNTIL NOW. When my hard-earned money and 2+ year old account is at stake.. that's when I bug!
