Thread: Legacy 1.0 Player - Characters (0)

Hi,

Maybe you guys can reproduce this for those of you who are non-legacy 1.0 players coming back.

Log-in your square-enix account management. Select Service. You will now see the new interface. Moreover, you will notice, at least for myself, that you are currently listed as having 0 characters. Yet, you should have some listed there... Since, after all, I am posting here using my character.....

Can anyone else confirm this?

yep, my main char isnt listed, just the 1 i made on a JP server back in beta when everyone was getting the 3102 error........

I'm legacy, and I'm getting the same thing. Just curious if this is a known issue for us. My situation gets is a little more complex though... Bought the ps3 version, got pre-order code and accidentally made a new service account. My pre-order bonuses are now linked to this second account, and for some reason, the only character showing up is in account 1, which is a character I made on the Japan servers that was deleted later. I have 3 characters at the moment that should be showing on account 1.

My 1.0 character isn't showing either.

Same as the above, I only see a deleted character that I made on a JP server during the 3102 of Phase 4. As I deleted that character I don't really want to see it at all

1.0 non-legacy player here. Also ordered PS3 CE > registered code accidentally to a new service account (and this is after bugging Amazon for a new code, yeesh). Looks like I'm able to sign in on Windows now. The account management site says I have zero characters in service account 1 but my 1.0 character w/ alterations I made in beta 4 shows up on the server list. Hope this helps!
