Seeking Collectors Edition (Digital) clarification.

So many months ago, i pre-ordered the Digital CE for ARR. I have in my inbox a receipt for this, including the Order Number, Product SKU (9 digits) and the Pre-order bonus code for early access and the mog cap.

When i applied it to my account prior to Early Access beginning, i only got the default FFXIV PC Edition.
Now, i simply assumed i would receive the code for the CE upgrade in the mail after Launch date (27th), But as i live in Australia, this will likely be late in the day or even the 28th.

Now, I have received my Mog Cap and Cait Sith Minion, and now find myself curious if my assumption that they will mail me the CE code post launch is valid, or should i be barking up the support tree?

friend i pre-orded the colector edition and in my game list show the NORMAL VERSION. we have the same problem ^^ i have some friends that pre-orded the game with colector edition and in the game list show COLECTOR EDITION. for me just apear normal version and i didin't received any code for CE bonus! and we not are the only ones with that problem... i can proof here my purchase

no, is first time in FF14 ^^ version 2.0

i paid for colector and square send me normal version

Because all you have access to so far is the early access code.

When the actual product arrives, it will have an another code that you have to add into your service account. That counts for both regular and collector's edition.
That code is what will give you any extras.
