Weather In Cities

Agree with OP, add weather in cities and a weather toggle for people with bad pcs so they can't complain.

But if that way, please add option to turn weather OFF only in cities, since you know, City have more system requirements than outside... and turning weather every time your going to town, and turning it back On when going out isn't fun.

So if Weather would be added in Town's please add two options to disable it outside of town, and inside... other way, by all means, PLEASE DON'T add weather in Towns.
