    I've never noticed this myself, though it's hardly compensation for the lack of rain there. The fact that practically the entire city is outdoors and it can be raining two feet from the cities entrance but nowhere inside it is pretty ridiculous.

    I think it usually during the evening hours, but agree with you there should be a little rain there from time to time.
