I believe the Duty Finder allows filtering by language, but I may be mistaken in that. I suppose it'd be easy enough to test if one were curious.

that's the point since the duty finder have language options that means it's filtering by language and since there's not much english speaking community in Ultima it'll be hard for the duty finder to form a party
last night I waited for one and a half hour to enter tam tara and the duty finder still can't put me in a party
I gave up and just withdraw

Also a refugee from the hell that was EA. I did beta with a character on Cactuar, but at the start of EA when no NA/EU servers were behaving, I took a chance and made a new one here on Ultima. Like a lot of you, I feel like it's going to be a good permanent home!

I find that with the FFXIV APP which has an auto translate feature, I can puzzle out what people are saying and then with google translate I can usually convey a point. Get a lot of compliments in dungeons when our fc has 6 or 7 of the people doing it and it is one JP person and we are able to coordinate with them.

Hakuine: I'm not from that time zone nor is our FC dedicated to any particular time zone -- I think there is ONE that is but I'm not sure of their name -- ask around in game. On that note, we do have an FC with 80+ people on at all times.

I'm happy to admit that while a JP server wasn't in my original plans I'm pleasantly surprised with both Japanese and english-speaker crowds; Everybody is on their best behaviour so far. Seems I struck gold. =)

Also, gratz on 50, Lecompte - I often saw you leveling at the same places I used to be as well. And a fellow tank no less!
