I'm also from NA server but I'm not here because I had issues with NA server in fact NA server is much more easier to login than Ultima
I'm here because most of the players from my country are in the JP servers but the legacy servers are usually full so I thought I'll try here

I wonder if our language preference will have effect on the duty finder seeing that most players in this servers are Japanese

I believe the Duty Finder allows filtering by language, but I may be mistaken in that. I suppose it'd be easy enough to test if one were curious.

that's the point since the duty finder have language options that means it's filtering by language and since there's not much english speaking community in Ultima it'll be hard for the duty finder to form a party
last night I waited for one and a half hour to enter tam tara and the duty finder still can't put me in a party
I gave up and just withdraw
